Larry Jennings, D.O., graduated with his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1974 from Des Moines, Iowa. He operated a private practice for 15 years before joining Boston Mountain. Dr. Jennings has been Boston’s Medical Director since 1995 and is located at Boston Mountain’s Marshall Clinic.

Following his graduation, he gained experience in the areas of critical care, physical rehabilitation, interventional pain management, and nephrology. He furthered his education obtaining his Master of Science in Nursing, FNP, at the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015. He is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Brian Blair graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 1994. He continued his education obtaining his Doctoral of Medicine in 1998 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Blair completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC (Southwest) Program in Texarkana in June of 2001. During his career, he has served in rural communities in the provision of primary care. Dr. Blair was employed at Boston Mountain as a Family Physician from 2007-2014 and rejoined Boston Mountain in August of 2022.

Dustin is a native of Arkansas who enjoys being outdoors with his family. Dustin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently accepting new patients in our Mountain Home location.

Cindy Brown, APRN has joined the Boston Mountain Rural Health Center as a full time provider at our Searcy County School Based Health Center. Cindy started her career as an LPN in 2008, then went on to receive her RN in 2010. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She continued her education at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and received her Masters of Science in Nursing and was inducted intoTheta Tau National Honor’s Society for Nurses. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Cindy has gained years of medical experience through long term care, med-surgery, women's health, and oncology/hematology.

Dr. Jackson started his education at the University of Central Arkansas and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in 1991. He then continued his education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) by obtaining his Master’s Degree in Medicine. Dr. Jackson started his medical career at Newport Hospital as an E.R. Physician for two years. Dr. Jackson has many years of medical experience ranging from 1991 to now where he resides at Boston Mountain’s Marshall clinic.

She is a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing with over 9 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and vast experience working with pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, managing acute and chronic diseases in hospital, long term care and outpatient settings alike. Nancy has been a Yellville resident for 26 years and is looking forward to taking care of her community.

In 2020, Ashley earned her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Arkansas State University. Ashley is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Ashley spent 20 years as a registered nurse, serving patients in pediatrics, preoperative and postoperative care, and nursing education.
Ashley is a native of central Arkansas. She and her husband, Scott, have three children. Ashley loves to travel, going to the lake with family and friends, and watching her children’s activities. Ashley serves as an active member at her local church, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau-Honor Society of Nursing, Soaring Wings Ranch Hands, and a board member of KLIFE of Conway.

After graduating with her Associate of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University – West Plains in 1986, Starla started as a med surge nurse and has since gained a wide variety of skills in the medical field, including OBGYN, gastroenterology, home health, hospice, emergency room nursing, intensive care nursing and community healthcare. Starla graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Missouri in 2003. She then graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018 and has been an APRN in family practice ever since, serving several rural communities in both Missouri and Arkansas. Caitlin gained experience in chronic care management and physical rehabilitation and continued working in primary care serving individuals of all ages. She completed her education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, obtaining a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, FNP, in 2023. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She will provide Primary Care for all ages of lifespan, including Pediatrics and Women’s Health at the Huntsville clinic.

Dr. Allen was raised in Mount Vernon and graduated High School in 2006. He then attended the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway and graduated with a major in Pre-med Biology in 2010. He pursued his medical degree at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) medical school and graduated in 2014. Dr. Allen did his residency through the UAMS Northeast program in Jonesboro and was elected co-chief resident. He graduated medical school in 2017. Dr.Allen has practiced medicine for the past six years in Heber Springs and Greers Ferry. He has a wife, Sara, and 2 daughters, Brooke and Emily. His family enjoys spending time with each other and doing anything outdoors, specifically hunting, fishing, and camping.
