In 2017, Dr. Dill took on the role of Dental Director at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, primarily serving at the Huntsville Dental Clinic. Born in West Plains, Missouri, Gracie has remained deeply connected to southern Missouri and northern Arkansas throughout her life. After graduating from Mountain Home High School in 2019, she pursued her passion for dental care at Concorde Career College, earning her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2024. Before becoming a dental hygienist, she gained valuable hands-on experience as a registered dental assistant.
Gracie holds dual licensure as a dental hygienist in both Arkansas and Missouri, along with dental assistant licensure in Arkansas. She is also certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration and is CPR-certified.
In 2023, she married and now enjoys life with her two small dogs. Outside of work, she loves crocheting, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends. Coming from a large family herself, she has a strong passion for serving rural communities and improving access to dental care. Dr. Anne Schmidt, DDS

Dr. Schmidt is a native Arkansan who attended Arkansas State University after graduating from Bryant High School in 2006. While at ASU, she earned a degree in Pre-Professional Biology with a minor in Spanish, and graduated summa cum laude with Honors. She went on to receive her doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis where she graduated as one of the top 10 students in her class. Dr. Schmidt has 10 years of experience in both private practice and public health clinics. She also has a passion for mission work, and has travelled on dental missions trips to Ivory Coast West Africa, Ecuador, and Haiti. She currently lives in Conway, AR with her husband and two young children. You can usually find her spending her weekends cheering on the Hogs or attending church with family.
