All Clinics: Telepsychiatry: Ginger Clifton, M.D., Psychiatrist, graduated with her medical degree from the University Of Arkansas, College of Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2010. She furthered her education, remaining at UAMS in the Department of Psychiatry where she was a resident physician until 2016. Dr. Clifton offers psychiatric help through Boston Mountain’s tele-health program. Dr. Clifton will expand to serving all Boston Mountain locations in the near future.

Rebecca Palas graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with her Bachelor of Social Work in May 2012. In August 2015, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Louis University. Rebecca received her certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018. With 8 years of experience in social work and a variety of settings, she has knowledge of psychological counseling, crisis stabilization, and behavior modification. Rebecca is currently seeing patients at the Clinton Clinic location and via telehealth.

Paula Stapleton, LCSW received her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas. Paula works with adolescents, children, and adults by high quality care. She implements holistic treatment goals for individuals, couples, and families to support their unique healing process. Paula volunteers at several rape crisis centers and provides confidential support services. Paula is located on site at our Green Forest clinic and also provides telehealth services.

Trish Waltz, LCSW, graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 1989 with her bachelor of arts in sociology. She furthered her education by obtaining a master’s degree in social work from CSU, Long Beach. Trish received her licensed clinical social worker certificate in 1995 and currently has more than two decades of experience in the field of mental health. Trish currently sees patients at Boston Mountain clinics in Marshall, Arkansas.

Julie Carman-Calvery, Psychiatric APRN received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the Oklahoma Baptist University in 1998. She continued her education at Oklahoma Baptist University and gained her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus area in Education. Julie received additional education from the University of Central Arkansas, as well as the University of Cincinnati.
Julie's experience started in August of 2003, where she gained employment as a part-time clinical instructor teaching the BSN program at University of Fort Smith. She then switched to working with patients in a clinic and hospital setting at River Valley Musculoskeletal. There, she worked to diagnose and treat health problems focusing on neurosurgical patients in preoperative and conservative measures.
Julie continued to receive years of experience in the clinical field as well as providing education to onboarding nurse practitioners and physicians within her scope.

Sean Palas, LCSW, graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. He furthered his education at St. Louis University and received his Master's Degree in Social Work. He received his certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2014. Sean has experience in inpatient settings, emergency department, private practice, and primary care settings. Sean currently sees patients at the Clinton Clinic location and via telehealth.
