Ginger Clifton, MD, obtained her medical degree from UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. She continued in the UAMS Psychiatry Residency program where she trained as a resident physician and graduated in 2016. She is board certified with the ABPN, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She provides psychiatric services to all Boston Mountain clinic locations via telehealth.

Paula Stapleton, LCSW received her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas. Paula works with adolescents, children, and adults by high quality care. She implements holistic treatment goals for individuals, couples, and families to support their unique healing process. Paula volunteers at several rape crisis centers and provides confidential support services. Paula is located on site at our Green Forest clinic and also provides telehealth services.

Trish Waltz, LCSW, graduated from California State University, Fullerton, in 1989 with her bachelor of arts in sociology. She furthered her education by obtaining a master’s degree in social work from CSU, Long Beach. Trish received her licensed clinical social worker certificate in 1995 and currently has more than two decades of experience in the field of mental health. Trish currently sees patients at Boston Mountain clinics in Marshall, Arkansas.

Julie Carman, Psychiatric APRN, received her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1998. She continued her education at the University of Oklahoma, receiving a Master of Science in Nursing Education and Human Patient Simulation and a clinical focus on Acute Care. She has completed two Post Masters Certifications, with her FNP from the University of Central Arkansas and PMHNP from the University of Cincinnati.
Julie has over 25 years of experience in nursing, having worked in various settings, and 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in neurosurgery, orthopedics, family practice, pediatrics, geriatrics, and psychiatry before joining Behavioral Health Services at BMRHC. In addition to her clinical role, she works administratively as the Behavioral Health Clinical Director and is passionate about promoting Behavioral Health Integration into primary care settings.
Julie is accepting new patients at BMRHC-Huntsville Clinic.

Haleigh Trotter, LCSW graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2012 and a Master of Social Work in 2013. She has worked in various settings including community mental health, integrative behavioral health, and private practice working with individuals, families, and groups. Haleigh works from a Person-Centered perspective and incorporates other therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing into her practice. She is passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and facilitate healing after trauma.

She continued on with Cox College to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus on mental health. Amy's experience started in January of 2015 where she worked full-time for 7 years at Cox Health Systems in Springfield, MO. becoming Board-certified in psychiatric mental health nursing. Amy works with various age groups ranging from 14 to older adults. Amy is located on-site at our Marshall Clinic and also provides telehealth services.

Practices at Clinton and Services all locationJoli Lewis graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2005 with her Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. In December 2006, she graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Joli became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2009 while living in North Carolina. She also obtained her National Certification as a Master Addictions Counselor in 2012 and is dually licensed in Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor. Joli has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings helping those with addiction and mental health issues, in private practice, and cross-cultural in Alaska.

Nytisha Smith is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She attended Case Western University where she obtained her degree as a registered nurse and her Master's degree for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. She now practices full time, and works with patients between the ages of 5-26 to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Nytisha uses a combination of medication management and psychotherapy to make sure that her patients have a well balanced care plan that they feel good about. She likes for her patients to feel as though she is a partner in their care. Nytisha practices at our Huntsville location and also provide telehealth services.

Heather McLoud is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that will provide care to Boston Mountain patients at our Eureka Springs location and via telehealth. She will be providing psychiatric services for patients ages 18 and older, including medication management and brief therapy interventions for the following conditions: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Panic Disorder, and many other behavioral health conditions. Heather's philosophy of care is that all people, regardless of status, deserve compassionate and equitable care.

Toynicka "Nicky" Williams, PMHNP, started her nursing education at the Baptist Health School of Nursing becoming a Registered Nurse in 2001. Nicky served the Central Arkansas area as a psychiatric nurse for 20+ years working with children, adolescents, and adults in multiple settings. She also served as a behavioral health case manager for four years. Nicky obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Nicky continued her education at Walden University and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in mental health. Nicky is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She works with patients across the lifespan from childhood through adulthood. Nicky is located on-site at our Conway clinic and also provides telehealth services.

Angela Howard, LCSW, obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. She then attained her Master's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1998. With over 24 years of experience, she has worked in several settings with various clients and continues to expand her knowledge base for future client interactions. Many clinical theories inform Angela's practice. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a mainstay. Angela enjoys community involvement. She often volunteers for service at a local food pantry. She is located on-site at our Conway clinic and also provides telehealth services.

Rebekah Pevia, LCSW, received her Bachelor's in Social Work from Harding University in 2008. She continued her education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtaining her Master's degree in Social Work in 2010. Before joining BMRHC, Rebekah spent 12 1/2 years working in the Community Mental Health setting, treating some of the most vulnerable populations. Her primary focus has been on working with children and families dealing with an array of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior and conduct disorders, psychosis, adjustment, and trauma. She utilizes systems, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches and has received training in several treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. Rebekah's passion lies in providing treatment and a safe place for children to assist them in working through the difficulties they may be facing. Rebekah practices at the BMRHC Conway clinic and provides telehealth and in-person services.
