Haleigh Trotter, LCSW, obtained her Bachelor of Social Work in 2012 and her Master of Social Work in 2013 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has an extensive background in working with individuals, families, and groups in various settings such as community mental health, integrative behavioral health, and private practice. Haleigh's therapeutic approach is Person-Centered, and she also integrates other effective therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing into her practice. Her main objective is to help her clients overcome life's challenges and facilitate their healing process after experiencing trauma. Amy has been working as a psychiatric mental health nurse since January 2015, gaining valuable experience during her seven years of full-time work at Cox Health Systems in Springfield, MO. She is Board-certified and works with patients ranging from 14-year-olds to older adults. Amy provides her services both in-person and telehealth at BMRHC’s Marshall Clinic.

In December 2006, she completed her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University. Joli became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2009 while living in North Carolina. She also obtained her National Certification as a Master addiction counselor in 2012. Joli is now licensed in Arkansas as both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor. She has experience working with addiction and mental health issues in inpatient and outpatient settings, private practice, and cross-cultural environments in Alaska. Joli is primarily located at the Clinton Clinic, but serves other areas via telehealth.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University and a Doctorate in Psychology. His dedication to lifelong learning is evident in his additional training and certifications in Neuropsychology, Neurology, Neurolinguistic Programming, Financial Counseling, Neuroplasticity, Polyvagal Therapy, and even Laughing Yoga. Before entering the field of psychology, Ron worked as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Specialist for over 20 years, providing him with a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ron’s therapeutic practice primarily focuses on Polyvagal Therapy and Neuroplasticity. Polyvagal Therapy is grounded in understanding how the vagus nerve influences emotional regulation, helping individuals calm the mind and body through nervous system awareness and stimulation. Neuroplasticity involves creating new neural pathways in the brain, empowering patients to reshape their thinking, behaviors, and emotional responses for lasting, positive change. Ron is passionate about helping individuals achieve mental wellness through evidence-based techniques, a holistic perspective, and a deep respect for the connection between the brain, body, and behavior.

Prior to joining BMRHC, Rebekah dedicated 12 1/2 years of her career to the Community Mental Health sector, where she focused on providing support to vulnerable populations, particularly children and families grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior and conduct disorders, psychosis, adjustment issues, and trauma.
Rebekah employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including systems, person-centered, and strengths-based methods, and has received training in various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. Her unwavering commitment is to create a safe and supportive environment for children, helping them navigate and overcome their challenges. Throughout her career, Paula has worked in a wide variety of settings, including substance abuse treatment, veterans services, day treatment programs for both adults and children, and specialized services focused on women’s issues such as sexual assault and domestic violence.These diverse experiences have shaped a therapeutic approach that is highly individualized and rooted in understanding each person’s unique story. Paula’s primary clinical specialties include trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her holistic and collaborative approach to therapy centers on building meaningful goals from a strengths-based perspective.
